So I have been training the last few months but not been loging during this time I have hurt my leg so i can't do any backsquats at the moment. During this time I have turned 20 years old but other than that nothing is new.
Recent PRS 220kg deadlift and a poverty bench of 122.5kg. The backsquating will not be a priority now when I'm hurt will do some front squats in the meantime. My weight is at 86kg. Will bulk during the next program to hit atleast 88kg morning weight. Best backsquat prior to injury 160kgx3 and 170kgx1.
Program/split
Day one-Frontsquat focus
Day two- Bench day
Day three- Rest
Day four- Deadlift day
Day five- Rest
Day six- Bench day
Day seven- Back and shoulder day
