Hi guys. I'm trying to stick to a diet. I work in a warehouse where I am on my feet all day. I lift about 4-5 times a week. 23 years old. 235lbs. I am trying to cut fat. I am doing a PPL 4-5 times a week. Here is my diet:
Before work:
2 scoops whey protein
1.5cups oats
Snack:
Greek Yogurt
Honey bun
Lunch:
6oz Chicken thighs
1 banana
1 Gatorade
Snack:
2 pop tarts
After workout (varies):
8 oz meat (Meatloaf, pork chops,steak, etc)
40g carbs (mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, etc)
1 vegetable (corn, green beans, asparagus, etc)
Snack:
Whole Wheat bagel
1 serving grapes
Dinner:
4 whole eggs
8oz of naked juice
About 205p, 430c, 83f
About 3300 calories
What do you guys think of my diet? Any changes you would make?
