My last log ended. It was my 2nd full log and I was a bit disappointed that the net improvements by the end were not as good as the log prior. But hey, we can't all be like Rohr and Grizzly, right? Just have to keep working and take the ups and downs along the way.

I'm just going to keep going as I have been for a while as I think about some changes going into the winter.
I had some goals for end of summer which I was close on, but did not hit except for Squat. Being sick for like a month really set me back. I also struggled through some lower back strain for a while (first time I ever had any back issues) and now have a strained hip flexor on right side. I guess maybe I'm getting old! Nahhh.... No excuses.
Lifts: (all-time bests)
Bench - 335 - paused
Deads - 530 - conventional (though haven't focused on them in a long time)
Squat - 475 - high bar
Front Squat - 365 - oly grip
OHP - 235 - seated
Diet: lately it's basically been eat whatever I want as much as I want until I feel like shit then pull back for a while. I have to do better with this and keeping focus on nutrition.
Training: Has been basically Upper/Lower lately and I've squatted 2x per week for most of the year. Even had a month where I did 3x per week.
I still have my eyes on the local Blue Collar Barbell PL gym, but not willing to shell out $100 per month for it right now. Maybe after my next bump in salary and bonus. Should be a big one :)
