How should I feel after working out?

When I started seriously lifting perhaps a month or so ago, I had the DOMS and really felt like I had worked out. Now, at least the last two times, I have not had any delayed soreness, fatigue, etc. Don't know if I am not doing enough, or just adjusting to the new lifting plan. I don't want to be wiped out after the workout, but fear I am not doing enough. I am doing biceps, triceps, chest, upper back, shoulders, legs & core each workout, three sets of 8-10 reps with 10 & 12lb dumbbells.
