Trouble bulking

So I am a bit stuck on how to bulk up. I have tried a number of macro calculators that give me results around 3000-3500 calories.
I still revolve around 146lbs-150lbs and trying to get around 155.
As of writing this I am weighing in at 147lbs and am 5"9. I try to keep track of my calories with myfitnesspal but since I eat a lot of university food, the counter really doesn't count for that so I have to make approximations. I get about 4000 on the app to make sure, but I still feel I may be undervaluing what I eat.
With regards to training - I'm currently doing the gzcl rippler method (4 days a week), and have 2hrs of varsity practice 6 days a week. If anyone can advise me what I may be doing wrong or if there is something I am missing please let me know.
