Help needed

Hi Lads

New to the forum and needed some advice

Have been 'cutting' for about 3 months
started at a sloppy 128Kgs/280Lbs
Got down to 120kgs/265lbs Saturday 15th of oct- i am 6ft4


Have been on pretty low cals for my weight
between 2000-2200 a day
210p
240c
40-45f

I know i have lost a ton of Fat as my suit pants pretty much fall off me and from what friends/work colleagues have said
but the scales arent movving down
in fact im back up to 121kgs- i would have thought i would have lost more weight than that!

Am i doing anything wrong?

I know they say that you should worry about the scales but 120kgs is pretty heavy lol

any advice would be a great help
