I've been working away on a mobile app to help/give back to the general fitness community.
It's a light-weight easy to use calorie calculator app that uses the same formula as many of the websites do. However I've found it to be quite inaccurate at times.
I was wondering how many calories you guys personally consumed based on your current stats.
Eg.
Age: 25
Height: 170cm
Weight: 70kg
Activity Level: Weights 4-5 times a week
Maintenance Calories: 2200-2400
Thanks for your time - I want to make this application as accurate as it can be, rather than just some wild guess in the park that may be off by 400ish calories.
