I'm Ryan, bodybuilder for 3 years now, trying to get my bodyfat under 15% currently.
I'm doing cardio (running for 30 minutes) 3 times a week, but was thinking on how to make it more effective, to lose weight faster and get shredded sooner.
What do you guys think, would using a weighted vest help?
If yes why and if it won't why?
