I'm not trying to be bothersome on this site lol but I've never got such helpful feedback from people. I'm gonna try and not write a paragraph and make this into a novel.

First time i cut from 225-165 i alternated calories on off/lifting days. It averaged to about 2620-2750 each week. I went back at my log book looked.

started cutting again about a month ago and alternating again. Posted in here last week and got a lot of help from people and @hamb0 as well.

I guess my question is since i've dropped my weekly average calories below what i have ever had them out when cutting (2550), why am i weighing in consistently high (171.5-173) when my newest low was 13 days ago at 170.8 averaging 2700 a week? Stay to the course, or maybe a refeed since i feel like that would flush out any water weight i've been holding but then again by knowledge is extremely limited lol.

I hope this makes sense, i've had fluctuations before, but they didnt really last almost 2 weeks, when im almost a week into dropping calories lower than i have when i was losing .5lbs weekly. Thanks guys and sorry for posting so many questions lately.
