I think this is my third log so far. So about me: 21 yrs young,weight - 109kg (240 lb), height 185cm (6.0ft)
Big 3:
Bench - 160kg @ 109kg
Squat - 200x6 @ 114 ish kg
Deadlift - 210kg beltless 114 ish kg
Just finished whole year of Juggernaut, and now im going to try to program my traing on my own. I just did a bench meet and did a deload so now im slowly going to build up my volume and intensity.
Legs
Squat 140x8; 150x8; 140x4x8
Walking barbell lunges 60x3x20
RDL 90x8; 120x3x8
Leg curls 100x4x10
Leg ext. 100x3x15
Abs 3x17 (roller)
