Please help need advice on what to do

So I am 5'11 and 18, I used to be 105 pounds.

I started lifting in April so it has been 4 months and I bulked hard also used the Serious Mass gainer and I didnt know much about nutrition so I think it was a 1000 calorie surplus for the first month but then I quickly lowered it to a 500 surplus.

I am not happy with the way I look now. I am stronger and weigh around 140lbs now. I look lean in a shirt and when i flex but relaxed it is not appealing.

Please tell me what to do. Some are telling me to bulk through the winter and look forward to the summer shred, but this is really just a motivation killer for me despite the strength gains. Should I cut keep bulking or what?

Btw I am doing Coolcicada's Push/Pull/Legs Routine.
