Target weight?

Hey guys,

I'm 5'9.

I cut down to 139lbs,I'd say around 8-10% body fat in April/May.

I've then started a reverse diet + bulk. Its August 26th and I'm sitting around 150lbs (around 11lbs gained). I did it steadily aiming for 0.5lbs/week and I usually hit around that surprisingly.

Anyway I've started to gain a bit of fat as expected on a bulk. I still have 2-4 abs in the gym, I'd say 2 abs in the morning and bloated mess at night with the volume of food I'm eating (2800-3000 calories).

Around what weight would you recommend I start cutting again? I have so many weak points (calves/bis/tris/upper back/traps mainly) that I think I've kind of addressed so far this bulk...

Is it purely a looks based decision on - ok now I have a gut time to cut, or would you recommend a target weight and then shred back down?
