So this is going to be my cutting/training log, just to track my progress. Split is PPL for 4 days.
Macros are:
480g of carbs
70g of fat
220g of protein
Weight - 107,5kg (todays midday gym weight)

Back/biceps - awesome workout, felt great and so i did more than usual
Deficit dls 70x10; 90x6; 110x5; 150x3; 170x3; 180x5;5; after this tried out sumo pulls
Barbell row: two warmup sets*, 85x8;8;8;8;8;8
Dumbell row: one warmup set*, 40x8;8;8;8;8
Lat pulldowns: one warmup set* 75x10;8;8;8
Supinated grip pulldowns: one warm up set* 65x10;8;8;8
Barbell curls: one warmup set*, 30x8; 40x8;8;8 30x8
HM curls: 15x8;8;8
finished with upright rows and facepulls
