I just started lifting in May 2016 and really only know enough to be dangerous.
I bulked for 12 weeks at 2500 cals (50c,25p,25f). I gained a total of 1-2 pounds maybe but did have some noticeable changes in my body.
Now Im supposed to be cutting. Ive started eating 2000 cals a day (40p,30f,30c. Im about 5 days in and I feel so much weaker and notice I dont feel as swole or powerful as when I was eating higher carbs and more calories. I also notice my body fat much more. Am I doing the right thing? Is this what its supposed to be like?
