bodyfat estimate help

hey there 21 year old 5'9 145 , jusr wondering if someone can help me estimate , not sure where my percent is an im lacking muscle trying to build , any advices appreciated,, i also added a picture of me nearly a year ago when i had a lot more muscle before i lost a lot size ( the picture with cell phone... the first 2 pics is me now), can anyone estimate that bodyfat percent as well , thanks
