Hey everyone, I'm doing my first bikini comp next weekend (Miami Pro in London) and was wondering if you have any tips for after show diet and workouts? I've done one casual comp as a trial 2 weeks ago and stayed on track for the upcoming one.
Heard that a lot of first time competitors go off track after, and would love to hear how you managed it! Any tips on reverse dieting basically :) Thanks so much in advance!
