HEy, I'm currently reverse dieting.
Hovering around 10%. I'm on 2450 calories.
I'm eating out tomorrow. I've eaten around 2100, can I save 300 calories and use them tomorrow as a buffer for eating out?
Similar question, I'm drinking alcohol on Sunday, can I do the same on Saturday for a slight buffer incase I go a bit over?
Any thoughts on this much appreciated. :)
