Hey community my names Alexander I've Powerlifter for a couple years and really got bigger I had an injury set me out of the gym for along time and gained a ton of weight
I'm a pretty big guy and my body holds weight like drastically weird I'm currently around 360 body weight 24 5'11 even with such a high body weight I am 29% body fat I have recently went from 36% to 29% in the past two months which is easier at such a high weight and body fat but I need a lot of help from you guys
I cannot follow macro's because of how weirdly my body responds to calories and any type of carbs and stuff from my doctor I was told to have around 2700 calories to lose 2 pounds a week in a healthy weight and I had started gaining weight I dropped to 2400 and was gaining weight I have finally found a spot where I am losing size at around 1800-2000 calories a day I'm trying to get as cut as possible and I have current cutting progress pictures if you would like to see them as well
Honesty any advice would be greatly appreciated
