I want somewhere to write down my workouts and diet plans / strategies and what better place to where I started almost 5 years ago..

i'll post daily again regarding my workouts, nutrition and coaching business / life in general..

i'll add photos / videos when I can.. but I really need somewhere to log my progress with weight training / dieting .. so here we go.

Stability ball DB press
55lb/12
80lb/3X 12

Dips
BW/3X 10
super set with Band stretches

Rotator cuff & Band exercises 5 minutes

i'll update later with short / long term goals :)
