Cutting? Advises needed. Thanks!

Hi guys, been new to this forum.
Some advises needed, thinking of bulking for another 1 month then will start my cut.
Just wonder will I look really skinny if I cut with my current condition? (Photos attached)

Weight: 154Lbs
Age: 23
Lifting experience: 1year+ (only started to be serious about 6months ago)
