Static Contraction Training is worthless

I no longer believe in Static Contraction Training or its leader Pete Sisco. I followed his all instructions. I had progress at first then I plateaud and he gave me the advice to rest which I did. When I still not progressed he refused to train me. It seems to me that Static Contraction Training only works a short time.
I no longer support his Static Contraction Training, it is worthless.
