I'm 18 years old, just turned it in February. I've been lifting for a little over two years and i started cutting a month or two ago for the summer.
I'm already lean as it is, and my goal is get around 7% before summer starts. My main question is what are the macros I should be following? I've looked online for weeks and I've been following a 40/40/20, but some recommend and say low carb dieting is the fastest, and some say high carb doesn't even make a difference. I'm eating 1850 calories a day. Are is there a certain macro ratio I should be following in order to hit 7%? Or is it as long as I'm in a 500cal deficit I should eventually get there.
