I haven't had a log in a while but it's time to get back into it after a long hiatus ---> clickable text

It has now been 1 year this month since I was able to consistently hit the gym.
1 year ago:
BW 195-205lbs at 5'11.5"
BF 13.9%
BP 345lbs
DL 465lbs
SQT 370x3
3 weeks ago:
BW 174lbs
BF ?
BP 225lbs
DL 315x2
SQT 245lbs
After 1 5/3/1 cycle:
BW 174lbs
BF ?
BP 245lbs (estimated)
DL 375lbs (estimated)
SQT 300lbs (estimated)
I'll be doing another cycle or two of 5/3/1 until I'm used to the volume again, which isn't a lot. As long as I'm making decent jumps back up in strength I'll keep doing it. Then, I'll see what's next. Maybe some more Candito or possibly PH3 or some simple full body DUP 3x/week.
Dieting is still nowhere near perfect. The high caloric intake I was consuming is very difficult now that I've gone through periods of what could amount to starvation so getting my appetite back up will be slow. The details aren't in place yet but will be about 3000kcal/day with a 15P:65C:20F split. Maybe more carbs. I love my carbs! I'll work out the #'s later.
Here we go!
