I started this program 3 days ago and have gained 3 pounds. I am pretty fit, been working out for years. I recently started this program because I wanted to take my fitness to the next level. Want low body fat and abs to show. This is my first time tracing macros and I am on the 40/40/20. My calories are right at 1200. I run twice a week in addition to the the 12 week shred program. One run is HITT and one is a 30 minute low intensity run. I came from completing the Hammer and Chisel program to this and I am lifting heavier weights now. I am just concerned this may not be the program for me if I am gaining a pound a day. Any advise is welcome....are my calories to low,or my macros all wrong? Please help!!
