Okay I have been on this Forum and have gotten some GREAT advice, especially with diet. I am curious if someone can help me with some other questions that I have.
Just as a reminder of my stats:
Male
6'5 250lbs
12 years of lifting experience
1. Is it detrimental to your gains or cut if you don't have a meal before a workout or immediately afterword. When I workout it is 5 am and It is hard to get a meal right before a workout and it not be sitting on my stomach. Also, because i have to get ready for work i dont have the time to get a meal in right after a workout. I do sip on BCAAs in my gallon of water while working out.
2. I started my cut on a 3300 calorie diet. Based from the calculation of a 3800 TDEE. I didn't drop any weight, so went down to 3100 for two weeks, nada. Now on a 3000 calorie diet and still stalled. eknight suggested dropping another 150, but I am also curious if doing to much in the gym i.e. over an hour of weight and cardio could stall weight loss. I mean i guess what i am asking is there a possibility of "doing to much."?
3. I have read the sticky on how to do a training program. I love to workout more than 4 days a week. Does anyone have a good workout for someone that lift 5 days a week?
Thanks for any advice.
