Need training/diet advice please!!

Hey I'm a newbie to training and I was hoping you could look at my program/diet and give me some advice/feedback please. My goal is to have a big muscular physique, I'm aware muscle building is a slow process I just want to make sure I'm on the right track. bold text I worked out using a BMR calculator I will burn roughly 3000 calories a day so I'll be aiming for 3300-3400 calories daily split up in to 40% carbs, 35% protein and 25% fat. The workout is a full body all compound exercise Monday, Wednesday, Friday split. Would this be suitable for putting on size and what kind of intermediate workout would I progress to after say 6 months or so?

Squat 3 sets x 8 reps
Bench press 3 x 8
Military press 3 x 8
Deadlift 3 x 8
Chin-up 3 x 8
Bent over barbell row - 3 x 8
