Im 5 weeks into my cut right now, lost around 6 pounds, around 1 pound a week, I'm running a upper/lower with two days based on strength and two on hypertrophy.

How are my macros right now (maintenance calories are 2700-2800)
Calories: 2300
Protein: 200
Carbs: 240
Fat: 60
This has me losing 1 pound a week fine, I'm not doing cardio.
Questions:
Is it fine on somedays to have lower carbs and more fat? some days i just like to eat more fatty food, like fish etc.
Does protein source matter? i always make sure that i get around 100g protein from meat and eggs, and rest from greek yogurt, whey... etc
What are signs of muscle loss? right now I'm losing weight and get stronger at same time.
